Hello, Hello, Hello my friends in Ghana. I have tears in my eyes as I see your pictures. Everything is real we have succeeded and you are hosting Kanga. I have to say I love seeing the students with their smiles. I hope you can use all the resources in your classroom and we can learn so much about your country, your school and yourselves. I will post these amazing pictures to my classroom blog but also to my Facebook page because I am so proud of you all. I will be watching very closely on what kanga gets up to see.

Thank you for making Kanga welcome at your school. I have just sent your teacher Mr Felix a task to do with you and your class. I wonder if you could teach me and my students something about the food in Ghana. We really do not know what your traditional foods are. I wonder if Mr Felix could take some pictures and post them each week on your blog over the next few weeks to teach my students about your food. Be careful not to feed Kanga too much, he might grow too heavy to jump around 🙂

Hello Mr Felix and students of L & A Memorial, I hope you are all well and kanga is behaving while visiting your school. I just wanted to say hello and let you know that I have been posting some fun Look and Learn tasks that you may want to take a look at. Mr Felix if your students do not have individual emails to comment you can go to http://www.epals.com and create simple emails for them. These are the emails my grade have just so they can comment on all the global blogs.
Stay happy and keep learning wonderful things. Look after Mr Felix because I know he works very hard.

Hello Mrs. Joyce,
I am really glad to hear from you and thank you so much with your efforts in helping me and the students and teachers of L & A Memorial Academy to be part of this your global project.
It has really widen our scope of thinking about the world and has also improve on our communication skills. My students have emails …..ie e-pals address but currently my school is facing problems with internet bills and that has slow our activities on this project.
We hope that we can get some funding to support us to keep up this great and nice project with you and our friends in other parts of the world.

I am really excited to be part of this programme in our school. Kanga is doing great and its said that we do not have the best camera and internet to share more ideas with you all. How I wish I have internet both at home and in school to always share ideas with my loving friends out there.

My students are captivated by your school and your countries position in the world. I will search for some sources to see if we can get help with your internet. My class can not wait to hear from students once we can get things right for you. They have written letters that I will mail this week. Keep following the blog and we will keep you up to date with whats happening in the world.
Thank you for your valuable friendship I feel we will be connected for life. In my search I want to find a way that I can come and visit, you, your students, your school and your country.

You all look very smart in your uniforms it looks like you wear them with pride and you are proud to be at the school. Kanga look like he I having a great time learning in your classroom. I would like to ask you a few questions. Is it hard to translate from our language to your language and how do you do it? How many people do you have at the school. What thing do the learn like maths English writing reading? I hope to see more photos of kanga having a good time over at Ghana
